 Olympia Catering is providing the guests of the Tampa Bay Tartan Ball with a plated dinner.


This year's menu includes:


Premium Open Bar & Butler passed hors d’oeuvres.

Sesame Chicken Skewers with Thai Chili Dip
Crabmeat and Parmesan Stuffed Mushroom Caps
Spinach and Feta Stuffed Phyllo Triangle with Tzatziki Sauce
Vegetarian Maki Rolls

Spring Mix Salad with Strawberries, Goat Cheese, Pecans, Honey-Tarragon Vinaigrette

Main meal options will be a choice:

Chicken Roulade with Herbed Cheese and a Citrus Demi-Glace
Braised Short Ribs with Balsamic Demi-Glace
Roasted vegetable and Vegan Cheese Stuffed Portobello Mushroom.

Sides of Rosemary & Parmesan Roasted Potatoes, Sauteed Whole Green Beans with Cherry Tomatoes & Vidalia Onions as well as assorted dinner rolls & butter.

Dessert of Bailey’s Irish Cheesecake with Chocolate Cookie Crust and Chocolate Ganache.
